Ministry: Chalice Bearer

Position:  Chalice bearer

Purpose:  To serve at our Lord’s table

Responsibilities:  Serve the cup, read prayers, support acolytes

Qualifications:  A chalicist must be 16 years old or older, a baptized Christian and have a desire to serve God and His people, respecting the honor it is to serve at the Lord’s table.

Amount of Time Required 1 hour, usually once a month

When Ministry is Performed Sundays from 8:00-9:00 a.m., 9:00-10:00a.m., 10:45-11:45 a.m. and special services during the year.

Length of Commitment A minimum of 1 year

Training Provided By the Rector – Special help upon request.
